Jack Westerholt Yoga brings my wife, Kelly, and I closer together on a daily basis. Having a yoga buddy not only motivates you, it inspires you. You get to watch the other person progress. They, in turn, feed off your energy. If you practice as often as we do (5 times a week), yoga literally changes your life. You see things differently. You feel things differently. You eat differently. Your mood is elevated. Your energy goes through the roof. Going through all those changes with another person really strengthens your relationship. Another great benefit is that yoga helps release negative energy. If there's tension in your life, it melts away right along with the fat. It's almost impossible to be in a bad mood after you finish a class which definitely helps us stay sane. |
